Privacy Policy
This policy describes the processing of personal data when you use vergleich-ki.de and aicompare.ninja. The controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is the provider named below. The official statutory imprint is the German Impressum.

No data protection officer has been appointed. The statutory thresholds of section 38 BDSG are not met under the current organisation.
2. Hosting and server logs
The website is delivered via infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc., and GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages). When a page is requested, those parties may record technical log data, including IP address, time, requested resource, volume, status, browser and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, stable service).
A transfer to the United States may occur where those providers process data there. Their privacy notices and, where they offer them, standard contractual clauses apply. This policy does not assert that a separate data-processing agreement has been concluded with us.
3. Cookieless reach measurement
Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless, truncated IP) is intended for improving the service and affiliate economics. No cookie is set and no cross-device profile is created. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Cookies
These static pages do not set cookies themselves. No advertising network or first-party tracking pixel is operated on the pages.
5. Email
The public address is info@vergleich-ki.de. Additional local parts on both domains are forwarded to the controller. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the message concerns a contract or its initiation; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Newsletter
A newsletter is sent only after consent and confirmation of the address (double opt-in). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Addresses are not sold to third parties.
7. Affiliate links
Where a link contains a partner parameter, the vendor may attribute a commission after a click. While the parameter is a placeholder, no attribution occurs. Once real IDs are inserted, the link is advertising. That is a material connection under US advertising rules once IDs are live. It is not a test and not a “best” claim.
8. No sale of personal data
Personal data are not sold to list brokers. We do not sell personal information in the sense of a California “sale” of email lists. Disclosure occurs only where required for performance, a legal duty, or consent.
9. Automated decisions; AI
No automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place. Editorial production and operation use an AI system. The controller remains the provider named above.
10. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent. Contact info@vergleich-ki.de.
